After we got to the hotel on Friday, we got ready for Shabbat and wrote Shabbatograms. I got to write to my older sister who is also on TJJ Midwest. Then we got on the bus and did pre-shabbos ruach on the way to the kotel, I had a lot of fun there. When we got to there, we sang in a circle together and got to dance with all different Jews, bringing in shabbat together in song. After that we had a delicious shabbat dinner followed by an exciting oneg with other programs, hearing inspirational stories and more singing! Then we had a nice walk back to the hotel and were all very excited for a good night’s sleep. During shabbat day, we had some great learning and also fun games and snacks. After our singing for shabbat ebbing away, we ended shabbat with a fun havdallah with lots of dancing and excitement! for a special outing, we went to an outdoor mall and got to have dinner and walk around for a while. It was a lot of fun!
