Today was a busy day with quite a bit of moving, however we finally got to reconnect as a whole group after the Free Shabbos weekend and reunite together as a family. We traveled to Jerusalem and visited the city, ritually tearing our shirts in the process. Most notably, however, we made our first visit to the Kotel, or the Western Wall. Personally, it was the highlight of my trip thus far, and my connection with Hashem has never been stronger than it was today, alongside my connection to the land of Israel and my Jewish spirit as a whole. We had some great pizza and iced coffee for lunch and toured some little shops in the region before touring the Jewish Quarter. Finally, we said goodbye to our laundry and settled into our new home.
